For those who don’t understand French (I don’t either, I just did some research lol) the second to last sentence translates to: "We only love what we do not possess entirely." It’s a famous quote by French author Marcel Proust. It is followed by the last sentence that reads "Au revoir, cherie," which means "Goodbye, darling."
