So we are seeking one more team member here in Vilnius, who would be proactive, ambitious, and hard-working! This time, we are looking for a Office administrator to work in our filming studio, you will be the helping hands in daily tasks! You can check how we work here!
What You Will Do:
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment;
- Interacting with directors and HR and carrying out their requests;
- Taking care of office spaces (coffee machines, recycling process, making the spaces more cozy, etc.);
- Making purchases and tracking them;
- Assisting in planning and arranging events;
- Assisting colleagues whenever necessary;
- Supporting other administration-related projects when necessary.
