    The question about the exterior angles of a polygon is actually about interior angles.

    A starfish is an echinodermata, and so an Deuterostomia, which mean it also a Bilateria.

    Yeah the larvae show bilateral symmetry (why they are a Bilateria) and then once they become adults they developed radial symmetry. Similar thing happens with sea urchins.
