What You Will Do:
- Be fully responsible for our video production business in your country;
- Hire and build a team of video creators (scriptwriters, directors, videographers, video editors, actors, etc.);
- Manage the entire process of creating videos; choose locations, create a timeline for production work;
- Create time-efficient and effective workflow processes. Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlines, coordinating and directing all talent during production;
- Plan and manage all the project expenses;
- Create a video vision based on the idea, storyboards, briefs.
What We Expect:
- Experience in television or film/video production, directing videos;
- Proven ability to build, manage, and lead a production team;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong organizational ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Understanding of social media and video platforms;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Result-oriented mindset;
