And this story is exactly why you dont pressure someone into having children. The myth "once you hold them for the first time something magical happens" is harmful and creates situations like this. The guy in question imagined the hormones would break his wifes mind and replace her personality with that of a Mother. Now he is disapointed that it didnt happen and blames the wife.
Exactly. The "So naturally (despite my wife not really wanting kids) we had kids" was so gross and him then being confused she doesn't like them???? Its horrid
