We’re in search of a qualified and resourceful HR Recruiter to be the primary contact for hiring questions. We are looking for someone who is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do:
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process;
- Taking on administrative tasks (job contracts, working with confidential information, documentation, communication, etc.);
- Administering new employee on-boarding and orientation;
- Providing day-to-day general human resource support to employees and management staff;
- Assisting the HR manager with all internal and external HR-related tasks;
- Keeping up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices;
- Assisting with payroll processing and responding to questions as needed.
What We Expect:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the HR field;
- Familiar with HR functions;
- Detail-oriented;
- Have strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills;
- Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including written and verbal communication in English;
- Skilled in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Additional competencies (would be a plus):
- Acknowledgment of the LT labor code;
- Interest in accounting topics.
