Very true. It was nice and actually really cool and pretty when there wasn't any tourist but when they started coming back it got crowded and more 'meh' again. If you want to go somewhere in Oahu then I suggest driving through the west side and going to the beaches there. Also, matsumoto shave ice is a HUGE tourist trap. You're just going to be standing in a long line (most likely surrounded by bees, flies, or mosquito) getting shaved ice with chucks of ice still in it. If you want shaved ice try going to mountain magic in pearl city or Waiola Shave Ice in waimanalo. The ice is softer and it taste better (I'm from Oahu).

They thought that it was just the old cats against dogs thing but then the cat started meowing back. Once they brought the dog into the car, it seemed sad. They quickly figured out it was because he was missing his kitty friend so the next day they went and adopted the cat too!
