When the economy went bad I would get a lot of emails of business want to buy my house. I still get them but not as much. I just ignore them and delete them.

This is the 3rd or 4th time smoking has been mentioned here on BP. I have a female friend that smoked for decades. She has to be on oxygen now. She can't walk very far. She needs to take a oxygen tank with her where ever she needs to go. She lives in an apartment. She pretty much has shut herself in the apartment because of this.

I had a friend that would get sick every now again for no apparent reason. He didn't like to go to the doctor. Finally he went to a doctor. Found out he had stomach cancer of some kind.. They had to take out 3/4 of his small intestines. He had to be on a bag of some kind. He end up dying in about 3 to 4 years of finding out. The doctor said he had it probably for 10 years.

Would like to het a good night's sleep myself. I will only sleep maybe 4 or 5 hours a night. Then wake up and can't get back to sleep. Had a sleep study done. Found out I have severe sleep apnea. Used cpap machine right now. The last time I went to see the decor about this. The information on the computer said it is helping my lungs and heart but outwardly it doesn't seem to help me. I will still use it for now but I am not sure what I will do about it in the long run. I need to get into some type of work out. See how that will work out.
