My first husband and I had a prenup. We had an infidelity clause that basically states that if he cheated, I was entitled to alimony and half of his inheritance from his maternal grandmother. Our marriage ended when he knocked up his mistress of 2 years. The jerk decided he wasn’t going to pay because I violated the terms of the clause first. He told the judge I cheated on him with d***s and alcohol. He went on to claim he took a mistress because he had needs and I was taking care of them WHILE I WAS IN REHAB! Our divorce dragged out for three years. It came to an end when his maternal grandmother died and made me the sole heir to her estate. Gran changed her will because she hated her grandson for the way he treated me. So, my ex lost everything because he couldn’t keep it in his pants.
