I know 2. One of them is a huckster, plain and simple. Con artist, and a waste of time and money. I don't know if you'd call the other one a psychic so much as an empath, but she told us what our cat's sudden attitude change was all about in a few seconds without asking us any questions. My wife was using a new scent and the cat just absolutely hated it. Scent went away, cat's good nature returned. Rubbish? I can't say for sure, but it worked this time. (Maybe the empath just hated my wife's perfume, too, and figured out that the cat did as well.)

Wonder why they do not use these psychics to find missing children. I know they did in the past but we dont hear about these anymore. Making me think that maybe there are real psychics, but maybe a lot of "psychics" rely a lot on probability and a bit of psychological game. For eg, if a psychic told me there will be births around me, it can be anyone, Janet from accounting department, or my neighbour's cat giving birth. Its not what I would consider as birth around me (my personal circle), but I would be more aware of all births happening around me. So in a way the psychic would be right.

While it is wholesome, I would feel judged if I knew that my family/pets who passed away are now watching my life like a sitcom. They can come by to visit, but not stay whole day. I mean, Im not always doing glorious things when Im alone.

This sounds very unhinged of the now ex-wife. Even 2000 years ago the Romans knew "Audiatur et altera pars" ("let the other side be heard as well"). And as hard as it is for the now ex husband I still congratulate him for dodging such an immature bullet in the long run.

My favorite episode was when a contestant got to the million dollar question and called his dad as a phone-a-friend. Guy says "Hi, Dad, I don't actually need help. Just wanted to tell you I'm about to win a million bucks." And then proceeded to do so.

I felt like a massiv a*****e when I asked my 84year old mum about all her stuffs origin. I don't want them to end up at a second hand store because my siblings thinks they're unimportant. I want to keep the coppar "spoon" my fathers grandmother used to "float off" creme from the milk. The furnitures my mothers father made for his and his wifes first home with scrap wood. Mums old 1740s plate in tin/pewter her dad bought her as a child because she liked "old stuff". So many family things and so much love. Of course we have the standard Bibles to from great grandparents. But things you can use is so much more fun... But still felt like an a*****e. "Mum, I want to write this down before you die". That's horrible in a way even if you want to keep the memories .
