BS. The Chinese government has been well known to be building a national surveillance system thay automatically tracks and ranks citizens/visitors, and flags people for arrest/"re-education". Mainly started out as a way to control the Muslim Uyghurs people/region. But of course they have since expanded it to spy it on everyone. If you don't think this is true, ask yourself why would China (who has a need to control everything politically/societally) WOULDN'T do something like this?! They have the means and the motives, coupled with all available leaked info/foreign intelligence, it's been proven they are doing this.
