Wrong. It's an ad that shows that their product makes all the difference. Stop being so butt hurt over it.
...it's also using Charlie Chaplin, one of the greatest actors in cinematic history - and EVERYBODY knows of their similarity (even themselves did). Nothing wrong with using what's on everybody's mind, it's all in the eye of the beholder.
