Worked at the Hd pro desk in ct. for about 4 months. Staff were rude to customers (we had 4 registers and were able to ring up customers but the two longer staffed people would ignore them or herd them to other registers), they booked every weekend off after me and another girl were hired, so no rotating weekends. And once the two of them were on shift they basically roamed the store shopping without helping. Wouldn't even help I there was a line of contractors needing help. No training it was all videos and no help. Just put downs and solo shifts of chaos. I walked out one day after waiting for this to become full time as promised and even tho I love to shop there I find excuses to avoid it because of the hate I feel for the management. They only want to get you to sign up for the credit cards but if you do don't use it and it will expire in 6 months. Anger rising. Rant over. Lol
