There is the whole incest is illegal thing. If it became known, they could get charged if they continued their relationship.
Yes, heavens forbid we should be more tolerant towards others who are literally doing nothing to harm anyone else in the world. They are committed to not having children which is the only potential issue in that it might cause harm to the child. What's really disgusting is two people who are incensed about what two consenting adults are doing in the privacy of their own home. How about stop worrying so much about the sex other people are having and mind your own genitals.
