June 10, 1990, British Airways Flight 5390 captain Timothy Lancaster was partially sucked out of a cockpit window at 17,300 feet due to a blown-out windscreen. He was held outside the aircraft by his legs for over 20 minutes by a flight attendant while the co-pilot landed safely. Also happened again in 2018 when a pilot was sucked out of an A319.
