@Lizzy Busch It's not only about bonding but also about mating and breeding. I dont think that you can imagine a sexually frustratd bird. For example, a Cockatoo will start to scream all day, attack you and others, then pluck its own feathers because - well, because you are not a cockatoo. Not a songbird, but a strong example of what I mean.

No, the two boys are brothers but not related to the girls
