Here's the rest of what they wrote: Today my brain got so loud that I couldn’t think anymore. I couldn’t calm myself down, and I was fighting thoughts that scared me. So I picked up my crochet hook. I didn’t make anything complicated. Just row after row of double crochets without stopping. I just kept counting stitches because counting felt easier than listening to my own mind. This piece isn’t perfect. But it’s proof that I made it through today. If anyone else has ever crocheted their way through a really dark day, I hope you’re still here too
