Akinori Towma started his career when he was a teen. He learned contemporary art at Kanazawa College of Art. When he was a student, lots of artists influenced him, like Antoni Tàpies, Andy Goldsworthy, Robert Smithson. After graduation, he moved to the US. He often uses natural materials for his artworks. Currently, he creates drawings with natural phenomena like Sunlight, Snow, Rain, Lightning. Of course, those media are uncontrollable but he tries to create artworks that people can’t make alone by cooperating with unpredictable natural phenomena.

Thank you!

Thank you for comment. I never dye natural material. I made this pond with FRP and it's portable. Dyeing with bath powder. Also, I vacuumed this water when I finished taking the picture. Never spill to nature. So totally no damage for nature. I just want to make the surreal picture.
