I don't think either party did anything wrong. After briefly suggesting he grab another available seat, she quickly enough conceded the seat. All good. The only thing I question is why was he recording the incident?
However most things people call "facts" are, in reality, opinions.

That's why virtually nobody wants to ban medically necessary "abortions."
... but if she gets pregnant, she can kill her baby. How is that at all logical?

I too think we should keep legal murder free and open to all if a child is inconvenient to you. Selfish poor decisions for the slaughtery win.
