I was diagnosed with Lewy Body disease about a year ago. This has turned my world upside down and I have had to change my entire lifestyle. I now live in an assisted care facility and I am learning to deal with my own mortality. My sense of humour and my love of nature are a couple of my coping mechanisms. My family is large and we are all very close so they are also a major part of my life. That’s me as I am at the moment!
