Hey Pandas, AITA For Ignoring My Swim Coach’s Advice On Tampons And Choosing What Works For Me?
Hey Pandas, AITA For Ignoring My Swim Coach’s Advice On Tampons And Choosing What Works For Me?

You are on a team sport, and so during meets you need to wear the uniform, even if you are on your period. Its not just about the team looking nice or team requirements, your team could lose points because of you due to meet regulations. (I dont know what youre swimming, but in WIAA swimming, your suit and cap need to either be team, have the american flag, and no logo larger than 2 square inches) Also, you are 17, which is old enough that you should be able to find a work around. You could suck it up for a few hours for the meet, you could use a menstrual cup, its a little gross but you could free bleed in a team suit.

Hey Pandas, Ask A Question About LGBTQ+ And Allow Commenters To Answer It (Closed)

i use queer because its easier to say than the acronym, and i personally dont care if any other people use it, but i understand if some people dont like it being used for them

i cant really help out on the romantic/sexual attraction, but for me aesthetic attraction is just the combination of certain characteristics that appeals to you/thinking someone is particularly pretty, and platonic attraction is like, wanting to get and be close to someone but without the romance/sex

Hi, that may have been me. Those are some of my neopronouns, and while I am a furry, I don't identify AS a rabbit, I identify WITH rabbits. You don't need to use my bun/buns/bunself pronouns, but please note that they help me express my identity better.

"They expect teachers to teach them everything". Pertaining to their curriculum? Isn't that the literal translation of their job?? I can imagine the question on Reddit: teachers, what's the most difficult part of your job?" "kiDs ExPeCt uS tO TeAcH tHeM EVERYTHING"

Xenos are valid, cause as you said it's for neurodivergent people to express their gender. It doesn't invalidate any struggles, people just want to divide and conquer and get rid of us. It's happened with m-spec identities, aspec identities, nonbinary and neos, and a lot of others.

Hey Pandas, What Questions Do You Have About The LGBTQ+ People? (Closed)

no, the majority of people wouldnt be considered demi. Theres a difference between not experiencing sexual/romantic attraction until your emotionally close, and not acting on sexual/romantic attraction until your emotionally close. One doesn't have the feelings, the other just holds onto them. hope this helps!

theyre xenogenders! theyre micro labels (labels that fall under larger labels that some people also use, like a town in a state or country) that some genderqueer people use to better express how they relate to gender. Theyre connected to neopronouns (alternate pronouns to he/she/they) and pretty cool IMO. (edit: I'm pretty sure dreamgender is a joke but there are others that are really cool in how they describe the users gender identity)
