Pogs! They were a craze when I was a kid. You had normal Pogs, which were cardboard/pressboard, and you'd stack them up in a little tower. Then you'd take a heavier Pog called a "slammer" (usually made of metal) and slam it down on the tower. You got to keep any of the cardboard Pogs that landed face-up and you had to re-stack the ones that landed face-down. Then the next person would get their turn, and so on until none of the Pogs remained face-down. Whoever collected the most Pogs won the game. In the version my friends and I played, everyone pooled their cardboard Pogs to make the tower, and you got to keep the ones you caused to land face-up on your turn, no matter whom they'd originally belonged to.
