I think the metal baking molds are absolutely fine :) This was suppose to be a better alternative to the baking paper since it turns out it's often covered with a thin layer of silicone, so it can't be composted. It also can't be recycled, cause it's oily. So silicone baking mats can be a good alternative for that since you use them for many years.

Is it better though? Does the glass bottle make up for the extra energy needed to transport it?
