The logic is pretty clear: if you get a transplant, you're on immune suppression d***s for life; if you don't have immunity to something beforehand, you won't get it afterwards; so if you get any number of illnesses, it's fatal; and so if you give someone unvaccinated a transplant, it's the waste of a scarce organ that someone else could have had.
