Nicole just wrote that she CAN NOT talk about that with family or friends, and you are giving her advice : "NEVER stop telling your loved ones... " So, I think that only counselor could help, also from your advice. :) I don't know if it's helping to talk about stuff online, when it comes to sadness? I'm asking, because I really don't know.

Or maybe if you can't talk to someone about it, write it down and let it all out. It helps ordering your thoughts and you'll feel lighter and better. I personally do it, but I don't keep the notes, I delete them (In case I wrote them on my smartphone) or burn them down.
