You didn't report them after the first two incident as you had talked with the mom about it. So those are in the past - else you should have reported them right away. Then the kid barks at your dog - IT IS NOT IN THE PARKING LOT, is it? Did the kid ride their bike again there? Agree with Holly. Little kids sometimes imitate animals they are watching - meowing to a cat, barking to a dog. The kid was not IN your yard. You could have told her not to do that to your dog as it might agitate your dog. Those are seperate incidents. Barking at your dog from the edge or your yard is not a violation of lease rights? It might be annoying yes, but it's not riding in the parking lot? What is next, dig up old footage of something in the parking lot when the kid's ball rolls into your yard? And a side question, are you allowed to film the parking lot?

Catfish the original movie, I thought it was a horror movie when I went to see it. The only horror was that women had 16 facebook profiles but somehow not one cat? 🧐
Lol that mother is entitled as hell. If she would have asked in a different way instead of demanding it it would of been a different result but clearly she’s used to servants and is confused about work hours. She should of just sucked it up and done it and got herself a vomit bucket if that’s what it was at the first no she got. She just kind of seems ridiculous and entitled and probably that’s the first no she heard in a long a*s time that it no doubt shocked her which is why she kept asking you. I also want to add that just because you have a fear/issue of something doesn’t mean you cant over come it.
