Hello, My name is Celina and I am the wife of this Husband/Wife team. I am really interested in how you claim we are false advertising? I understand that you are a jewelry maker and I commend you on your work on Etsy. Are you saying I am false advertising due to my costs? How would you know are expenses? You may be a fellow wire wrapper but have you ever torn down a tv and calculated the time it takes to do it properly? We don't trash a single part of the televisions. Every bit gets used or further recycled. What about the storage costs for bulk loads of televisions donated by waste management or local hotels when they upgrade to flat screens? What about the time we take treating EVERY bit of salvaged copper to insure it NEVER tarnishes? So many variables. When we started on Etsy a few years ago we were selling each pendant at $20 and underselling ourselves. As out popularity grows our needs and expenses grew but we have stuck to our company standards of recycling no-matter the cost.
