if instead of this model there was an extremely thin girl everyone would complain that an anorexic model sends the wrong message and that thinness is not healthy, we cannot know if she is thin due to a metabolic problem or cannot gain weight .. only if the model is overweight it becomes politically incorrect to complain .. all excesses are not healthy and not saying anything to avoid hurting the sensitivity is certainly not helpful ..

The only individuals I notice bringing up the "LOOK GOOD" portion are those who support fat acceptance; they are the only ones that bring up the ridiculous notion that "thin is beautiful" only to argue with it! When you're 35 years old and diabetic, looking beautiful is the last thing on your mind! It's not about looking beautiful; it's about keeping healthy. FAT IS UNHEALTHY, and no amount of fat acceptance bigotry can change that.
