They are going to unlimited PTO because if you leave with accrued PTO time, the company has to pay it out. Unlimited PTO sounds nice but doesn't mean unlimited approval. However, a few people at the company my wife works for took advantage of it (like months at a time during crucial development cycles)

We also didn't get a baby holding fee or pay anything out of pocket because of insurance. However, daycare is $2400 a month (more than our mortgage and car payment.) Also cant afford to have my wife quit working because she carries our health insurance which would cost $2000 a month.

I have a hard time believing JD "Jorkin DaPeanus" Vance has the intelligence to be Machiavellian, but I could be wrong. He honestly reminds me a lot of an orange cat: no braincell, nothing behind those big blue eyes (while simultaneously being nowhere near as cute or lovable as a cat.) Again, I could be wrong, but I think he's actually a dolt. If the Orange Thing were to drop dead and The Couchfúcker took over, I think he'd become a mouthpiece for the party nutbags and not a leader in his own right. Not that that's BETTER than being Machiavellian, mind you.
