Lovely! Wonder if it's in a ghost town. Saw an abandoned schoolhouse and teacher's cabin in Colorado once. So fascinating.

Thank you! It's in Tincup, by Gunnison National Forest. The town is only a few dozen strong, but trail riders flood the area in the spring and summer. My family owns a cabin nearby. It's gorgeous but gets snowed in very heavily in the winter.
