Hey Pandas, How Did You Cope With Breakups?
I've never been in a relationship, But I feel that this is good advice. Spend time with friends and family and distract yourself with things that you love. get rid of all things that remind you of your ex. This is less serious, but eat chocolate. It releases endorphins that will make you feel better. (but don't making it a coping habit. just eat it periodically)

if you dont mind taking advice from a teen, I would personally try to lose myself a little (not a self-destructive spiral A LITTLE stay safe!) in books and movies. It can be really nice to relate to some fictional characters and see how they work through things. I heard expressive writing is also a good way to vent a little about your feelings. If all else fails, buy yourself a nice bar of chocolate. You've earned it!Show All 35 Upvotes
