Anyone who has ever lived with a dog knows they have their own unique way of looking at the world. They celebrate the smallest things, create drama out of everyday moments, and somehow always manage to make us laugh.
That simple idea inspired this comic series. Instead of showing life from a human perspective, I imagined what everyday situations might look like through a dog's eyes. From trips to the vet and family dinners to walks in the park and their humans' strange habits, every comic begins with the same question: "What would a dog be thinking right now?"
I hope these comics bring a smile to fellow dog lovers. And if you share your life with a furry best friend, chances are you'll recognize more than a few of these moments.

Not for this former cat roomie. Yes, I was the roomie because they were in charge, esp. when it came to sprawling any which way in bed.
Dogs are too intelligent to be neglected. If you can't give them quality time, every single day, get a plant instead.
I was so used to medium to large dogs on the farms in my community that I never had a fear of them. Then I met little dogs. Had one sneaky little b@stard on a roof bite my cheek as I was climbing outdoor stairs that required a ride to the ER. My grandmother's nasty little poodle attacked our bare ankles every single chance it got. And all the little dogs in this apartment building are vicious and to be avoided. Ahyep, big dogs all the way for me.
Gotta love the two handled mug and the book that can't decide whether it wants to be one book or two
I remember in the old days, dog owners ridiculing cat owners because they have to clean the litter box. At least I never had to go outside in all sorts of weather picking it up in a bag and carrying it around.
Yeah, I get your perspective, but from mine, you're the poor dog. Your negligent owner has taken you off your leash and most likely not really paying attention to you eating whatever that is on the ground or that other loose dog b-lining for you right now. Besides, Honey, it's illegal in most municipalities, so you just might get scooped up and sent to the local dog pound.
Oh, yeah. Even though my vet gave me a fantastic discount due to the number of cats I had, it was still a bite out of my budget.
If you want an expert warning system, get geese. They will make such a racket, the thief will voluntarily leave your yard before getting to the open window. Otherwise, get little dogs. They may not be able to take someone down, but you'll be forewarned in time to escape.
That's how my 23yr old daughter is with cats lmfao. She may have a few selfies but 99.9% is nothing but kitties. She's always been like that with cats since she was really little lol
Sure they are. They're arguing over who's turn it is to walk you in whatever foul weather is happening right now.
I get that look all of the time😂🤣 but I have a reason tho.... I wear Bluetooth hearing aids and if I'm on the phone and most ppl can not see my hearing aids would see me walking around talking out loud thinking that I'm crazy until I explain to em I am on the phone though my hearing aids LMFAO. I also get those looks when I'm listening to music on my old phone using my Bluetooth hearing aids. Been doing this for years, hardly ever fazes me anymore when ppl are looking at me trying to figure out why I'm talking or singing to myself 🤷♀️(im partially deaf)
Our Great Dane was so tall, she could easily rest her head on the dinner table. Really not a problem. She had much better table manners than my stupid brothers.
Mildly entertaining. Much, much better than 90% of the rage-bait and drivel posted on BP over the last day. Thank you.
I did try an AI image detector on a few of these cartoons. Four were judged as likely AI fakes with the following probabilities: 97%, 95%, 97%, 97%. Two turned up likely to be real and digitally edited: 68% chance (Self-esteem is a fascinating disease), and 61% chance (the one about the 'just running a quick errand outfit'). I ran those though a different AI detector and got 100% AI for 'self-esteem' and 87% chance of human for 'running a quick errand'. Who knows? Links follow.
"Created" rather than "drew" and the general soullessness has me pretty sure this is AI slop.
Beak Hookage: you could try asking the AI image detectors... Links follow.
