EXPLAINED: I carve two hearts from a pencil | Rare Historical Photos

Hey, I’m artist Salavat Fidai from Russia.

I made Two Hearts on the tip of a regular red pencil. The rod diameter 2mm. It was not easy! I had to make many attempts before I could make this sculpture. You can see my failed attempts at the end of the video.

To create my miniature sculptures, I use an ordinary craft knife, blades N11, a binocular microscope to add tiny details.
