THE TRUTH ABOUT: I draw stuff to help my mental health | History Defined
I’ve always loved making art, drawing, painting, building stuff. I’ve suffered with poor mental health for years, but drawing helps me through the tough times. Art therapy is great, and I highly recommend it!
If you say “I can’t draw!” I say you can. Everyone can draw, they just have their own way of doing it. I want to share my love of art, and how it helps me. Pick up a pencil and doodle, it doesn’t matter what you draw. Its relaxing, its distracting, and its creative.
I don’t think there is a better way to express yourself than to create something. So enjoy my work, and please, the next time you feel low, draw some squiggles, circles, little stick men, or even a masterpiece. Get it out, enjoy it, love it, and be proud of it, and most of all, be proud of yourself.

You've got talent! I agree that creating art, whatever form it takes is therapy in itself. Applying paint or a pencil to a page just seems to melt any troubles floating around your head. The Christopher Lee one is my favorite. You did a great job! I love all the lines and shadows.
