This time, we are looking for a proactive, ambitious, and hard-working Project Manager for IT Solutions to join our team! As a Project Manager, you will be fully responsible for the full cycle of the development of IT projects within our company.
What You Will Do:
- Bridge business with IT;
- Proactively analyze, identify, and suggest needed business solutions;
- Translate them into IT requirements;
- Initiate and organize solution development;
- Manage project teams, business expectations, and IT development reality on a daily basis;
- Find solutions for daily development issues;
- Deliver and implement solutions;
- Monitor solution performance and consult our business side.
What We Expect:
- Experience as an IT Project Manager or Product Owner;
- Proactivity & analytical mindset for business needs evaluation;
- Patience and understandability for clear communication with IT teams;
- Experience working, developing, or managing a few different business management systems (BMS);
- Soft skills for management (conflict resolution, reporting, communication, and flexibility).
