Carly Rae Jepsen came into a cafe I worked in in Vancouver at the height of her Call Me Maybe fame. She paid in American cash, which most places accept in touristy places near the border. She then became pissed off at me because I couldn't *give her change* in American cash. We don't have American cash in the cash register because...it's not America?
