Oo boy. Ive got security cameras and a neighbor from hell with an unhealthy obsession regarding his yard and an unhealthy obsession obsessing about me and my property.
-3 days after installing my first camera. I witnessed him collecting all the fallen branches and sticks in his yard and just casually throw them in my yard. Like hes been doing it regularly for years it was that casual and nonchalant.
- in fall he blows the leaves and picks them up 2 sometimes 3 times a day. Even if there is like 5 leaves in his entire yard. He grabs the blower and goes over his entire yard spending a good half hour for those ~5 leaves.
- ive seen him with his lawn mower mowing barren dirt. Several times. Not like a small patch, its a whole area like 20ft by 10ft. Just barren dirt. This is a regular thing toom
-mowing and or blowing leaves in moderately strong rain.
- using his blower to fluff his grass? I don't know just blowing around in nonsensical patterns. Maybe drying it off? I dint know on this one.
- before I had a survey and figured out exactly where the property line is but after I tresspassed him. He went out there and grabbed every rake, h*e, or other similar garden tool and make the drunkest straight lineup to "mark". So about 100ft of rakes lined up end to end. where he thinks the property line is. The he spray painted the grass very poorly and again drunk straight line. Spoiler alert, he was wrong.
-after I got a survey, 2 days later he got to building a fence, without a permit. He went to some home improvement store and immediately started digging holes and made the shittiest post and rail fence. Every post was leaning this was and that way. None of them are the same height. Then he leans to the far side of his fence and with a blue spray paint can s****y sprays in a scratchy terrible way. Sprays the side of the fence that I see blue. He spent like 1 minute to spray about 50ft worth of fence, so you can imagine how it looks.
-he will regularly go to his fence and by hand pick the grass growing around the posts of his fence. There is a rail flush to the ground. He will pick the grass growing on the far side of his fence, so my side/yard and pick grass he cant even see unless he walks up to the fence and leans over to see. Which he does regularly, as I said. Obsessed.
Ive got 3 cameras watching the entire length of our property line. Ive got to watch everything this guy does. Ive had to call the cops on this guy 20 some times. He doesnt get the hint. Yet he still obsesses.
