Bored Panda Studios has the biggest TikTok account in Lithuania, 300M monthly video views on YouTube, and over 2 billion on Facebook. And we are growing every day! This time, we are looking for a proactive, ambitious, and hard-working full-time Project Manager (Sound/Script Department) to join our team based in our office in Vilnius! You will have to lead and manage our scriptwriters and sound team.
The role and responsibilities:
- You will manage and be responsible for a team of creative scriptwriters, voiceover artists, and sound engineers/designers;
- Your main goals will be: Increasing creative quality, quantity and timing (meeting strict deadlines);
- You will grow the team and come up with new ways which will help to optimize and improve the team's workflow and team spirit;
- You will keep track of new trends in the niche (soundwise);
- You will have to maintain a great communication flow between you, your team, and other departments.
Requirements:
- Good English skills;
- Team management experience;
- Dedicated and committed "team player" attitude;
- Up-to-date knowledge on social trends and platforms;
- Attention to detail;
- Creative mindset;
- Enthusiasm.
Would be a big plus (not mandatory):
- Experience in scriptwriting/copywriting in English;
- Experience in creative side of video production (TV/Film Industry/YouTube Production/etc.);
- Experience in directing videos;
- Expertise in the field of sound design;
- Experience with Adobe Premiere and any Digital Audio Workstation (DAW).
