A customer was left feeling disappointed with the service they received at popular Edinburgh restaurant Loch Fyne Seafood and Grill after one waitress 'argued' over an order of coffee.
The disgruntled restaurant-goer posted to the TripAdvisor website about their latest visit to the establishment, calling out the restaurant for "flavourless" food and an incident where their waitress "argued" with them. The reviewer also noted that despite the initial "great service", they left "very disappointed".
The reviewer, who hails from Perth, was especially critical of their caffeine intolerance not being taken seriously, that resulted in an argument between themselves and staff members. However, bosses at the Loch Fyne restaurant were quick to offer some form of resolution to this issue.
