EU to lift sanctions on Russian oligarchs Usmanov, Fridman
EU countries on Tuesday agreed a compromise deal to prolong sanctions on Russia that will see oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman removed from the blacklist, diplomats said. Ukraine called the EU’s delisting of Usmanov and Fridman “shameful” and urged national sanctions.
