Adani moves to 100 percent ownership of IANS

AMG Media Networks Ltd (AMNL), the media arm of Adani Enterprises – the flagship entity of the Adani Group – has taken full control of the Delhi-based news agency, Indo-Asian News Service (IANS), by buying the remaining 24 percent stake for an undisclosed amount.
