KOCHI: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has indicated that a cyclonic circulation is likely to emerge over South Andaman Sea and neighbourhood on Sunday. Under its influence, a low-pressure area is likely to form over southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Andaman Sea during the subsequent 24 hours.
