This one I personally disagree with. The ADHD meds worked wonders for me. However, the side effects interacted with my other medical conditions at the dose that worked best for me. So I reduced my dose and eventually stopped. The right ADHD meds are amazing. But like antidepressants you need to find the one that works for you. I would happily let my kid take ADHD meds.

My mom is 82 and does that same "slap at the screen" thing when she gambles (we live in SoCal, so she goes to one of the THREE nearby tribal casinos all the time.) Is it some kind of hive mind of the elderly gamblers? They ALL do it! When I ask my mom why the hell she slaps and paws at the slot machine screen when she gambles, she says "It's good luck!"

I would never, ever risk my pet's health and life like this. It looks cute/funny, but this man's a d-bag. His dog isn't secured and has zero protective gear. If he dumps the bike for any reason, his dog could be seriously injured or k!lled. And lort forbid if he got into an actual accident or was struck by a car - his doggo is doomed. The man chose to be an extra d-bag and wear flip-flops and no helmet/protective gear himself, so he wrote his own path to being an organ donor. But his dog is a dog and doesn't have the agency to know to protect itself. That's the human's job, to protect an animal that can't make the decision to protect itself. (You can tell this makes me mad, lol.) Sure, maybe he never goes above 10 MPH and is only going to the corner store, but accidents can still happen and no matter how careful HE is, someone else might hit him. Poor dog.
