Q2: the first option is poorly phrased. 'Highest' refers only to the peak of a mountain. 'Fom base to peak' is a specific measurement so it should say 'tallest'. A minor grumble, maybe, but it could lead some people away from the actual answer.

"Highest" is defined in the question though, with the qualifier "above sea level" so ''''tallest" would be even less appropriate.
