The WM Phoenix Open played to its usual massive crowds at TPC Scottsdale, and this year’s edition offered a $9.2 million purse, with $1.656 million to the winner.

Belgium’s Thomas Detry grabbed the big check, winning for the first time on the PGA Tour and punching his first ticket to the Masters. He left no doubt with rounds of 66-64-65-65 to win by a whopping seven shots at 24 under. Michael Kim and Daniel Berger tied at 17 under.
