Anderson Anderson & Brown (AAB) has appointed Ken Beaty as non-executive chair of the group.
He has more than 20 years of experience working with the boards and shareholders of companies as a partner, with private equity group 3i in Glasgow, Leeds and London.
Beaty now works as an independent board chair, working with both private and publicly quoted companies and as trustee and chair with charities in healthcare, education and the arts.
