After years of rumours and speculation, Apple finally unveiled its first foldable smartphone last month. The iPhone Duo is a passport-sized handset with a 5.4in outer display, which opens up to reveal a 7.6in screen inside.
That makes it the largest display ever seen on an iPhone, and only slightly smaller than the iPad mini’s screen. The Duo has a polished titanium chassis and a sophisticated hinge made up of more than 100 parts, allowing it to fold neatly in half while keeping the central crease barely noticeable.
