Graham Linehan Sophia Brooks

Graham Linehan, the creator of Father Ted, is currently on trial at Westminster Magistrates' Court.
He denies charges of harassing transgender activist Sophia Brooks, 18, on social media between 11-27 October 2024.
Linehan also faces a charge of criminal damage to Ms Brooks' mobile phone, valued at £369, after an altercation between the two on 19 October 2024.
The prosecution claims Linehan "deliberately whacked" the phone, while his defence argues Ms Brooks was harassing him and the damage is not definitively his responsibility.
