Amy Adams saved the life of a stabbing victim using first aid skills she learnt during a brief stint in a medical TV show.
The Cape Fear actress has revealed she had just finished having dinner with her husband Darren Le Gallo, their 15-year-old daughter Aviana and her father Richard at a restaurant in Santa Monica, California when they saw a commotion on the street outside and Amy ran over to help a man who was lying on the ground bleeding.
