Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews is on track to win a third term for Labor, according to the latest Newspoll, as Opposition Leader Matthew Guy's personal ratings plummet.

The Newspoll, published by The Weekend Australian late on Friday, shows Labor's primary vote has fallen only slightly since the 2018 election.
